5. PIHCG Summer Training Program 18 Jan - 22 Mar

Are you tired of the same old cycling training routine? The Be Active Dams Challenge is coming up, why not add an extra boost in your training? Do you want to combine a range of different forms of exercise for a whole body work out? PIH would like to present the \"cycling & cross training circuit for cyclists.\"

Held within Kings Park, participants will travel to different locations within by bike to do strength exercises that will target common weaknesses in cyclists. Pre and Post fitness assessments to be conducted


When: Every Weds from 18th of January to 22nd of March 2012. (6 weeks)

Time: 6.00 am to 7.15 am

Where: Kings Park. Exact Location TBA.

Cost: $100.00

What do you need?

  • Bike
  • Cycling gear (helmet, cleats, etc)
  • Running shoes
  • Towel
  • Water in 2 water bottles
  • Skipping rope -Given at 1st session
