Be Active Cyclo Sportif Series

Each year thousands of riders enjoy the Be Active Cyclo Sportif Series. Cyclo Sportif events are fun, timed team participation cycling events and are designed to cater for riders of all levels - from novice rider to the serious cylist.

In 2012 we are presenting a number of events at picturesque locations in Perth metropolitan area and regional locations.  Each of the courses offer their own challenges from the rolling hills of Kalamunda to the winding roads of Waroona.  There really is something for every rider.  The full 2012 calendar is available HERE.

Serious fun for recreational riders!

Come and make new friends, have fun, get fit and surprise yourself with what you can do. We welcome and support all levels of riders, particularly junior, novice and long-time riders.

The events are excellent fun for ALL cyclists, young, old, and disabled participants. The Be Active Cyclo Sportif Series has something for everyone who is looking for fun participation rides, insurance protection and a healthy lifestyle.

Every participant receives a free healthy hot meal at the end of the event as part of their entry fee.

General Information

Cyclo Sportif began in 2004 with 300 riders enjoying a new event series in WA. Over the last 6 years this series has grown in popularity and we now have over 4500 participants.

Held in rural towns and on the outskirts of the metropolitan area the Be Active Cyclo Sportif Series consists of participation events designed for riders of all abilities.

Teams of 4 – 9 riders ride either 30km, 60km or 90 km in a safe and fun environment. The aim is to stay with your team mates and to work together to ensure all riders complete the course.
