BWA Vice president Ian Sandover is heavily involved in the talks with Government departments, Local Councils and Non-Government organisations.
We are working towards completing the missing links on the Perth to Fremantle Cycle Path. By filling in the gaps along Stubbs terrace between Karrakatta and Loch Street Stations riders will be able to enjoy 11km of continual cycling infrastructure. This will allow commuters to feel safer riding to work, and will bring more bike riders onto the path.
We have also been looking at the planned improvements by the City of Perth to Barrack Street and St Georges Terrace, ensuring that the new infrastructure will be a benefit to commuters travelling into the city.
