WELLBEINGS TRAINING
Wellbeings provide quality opportunities for adult women and men to become involved in the sport of triathlon and/or its associated disciplines and to realise their potential as people and athletes. Wellbeings X-Training offer group training sessions in swimming, road-cycling and distance running. They cater for most levels of experience and can help you achieve your goals whether it is to complete a novice length triathlon or to compete in Ironman distance triathlon.
The Wellbeings programmes were set up in 2000 and have continued to grow into a very close knit community. We welcome all-comers.
