EXERCISE TESTING AND TRAINING FOR MEMBERS

Especially for all new and novice riders to the Cyclo Sportif series, Hall Cycle Training has developed a specific Cyclo Sportif Training course.
The Hall Cycle Training online programs are a new initiative which prescribes a training program for a specific event or purpose. Hall Cycle Training is pleased to offer tailored programs for each event on the cyclosportif season and will be extending discount on training programs for Bicycling Western Australia members.
Those interested can expect to have access to training programs developed by Professional Cyclist and Australian National Criterium Champion Anthony ‘AJ’ Giacoppo for each of the events. These programs will specifically target demanding aspects of the event in an effort to increase fitness specific to each events profile.
Specifically this will include hill climbing technique and skill for undulating events, group roll through intervals and practice for flatter cyclosportif events and a host of other activities to best assist you through your cycling journey MORE>>
Each of our their programs is run under the guidance of the full HCT team. This includes experienced coaches, professional cyclists, exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and sports scientists.
The training philosophy that HCT subscribes to is about more than just performance gains. Although it can seem important to have a single-minded focus, the path to getting there ensures that the benefits last far beyond one goal.
